The Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE), the Edgar Cayce Foundation, will present an all-day seminar, "Secrets for Creating Physical, Mental and Spiritual Health" based on the Edgar Cayce Readings. Gourmet Cooking with Stan

A big success! Stan Millstein is a gourmet cook and is sharing his talents with us every Friday afternoon. He will show seniors how to use fresh inexpensive ingredients to make simple, delicious, healthful meals-which all attendees will get to share at the end of each class session! (Class is limited by space to about 10 people, so arrive early!)

Wednesday, April 17, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Jewelry Bazaar

Special fun event in the Conference Room, third floor. Please attend our first Jewelry Bazaar. We know that many of you have old treasures you'd like to turn into money. Proceeds will go to the seller (with 10 percent donation to the Activities Department). If you would like to take part in this, call or come in to the Activities Office (x228) to sign up for a "space." (If you just want to donate jewelry for us to sell, we'll gladly accept it.) We're asking everyone to clean out your old jewelry boxes and bring what you no longer want to keep to this big sale. Even if you don't have jewelry to sell, please come by and see all the beautiful displays, and maybe find the perfect gift for someone!
