Alzheimer's Resource Library Annexes

The Humboldt Senior Resource Center's Alzheimer's Day Care and Resource Center offers an extensive video and print resource library at its Eureka location, 1901 California St. It also offers five smaller library annexes in cooperation with community-based organizations in Crescent City, McKinleyville, Redway, and Hoopa, as well as at the Senior Resource Center's Fortuna Adult Day Health Services program. The public is invited to visit any of these locations to check out books and videos. Annexes are located at:

• Crescent City, the Del Norte InfoCenter, 1225 Marshall St., Suite 22, 464-7876

• Fortuna, Fortuna Adult Day Health Services, 2280 Newburg Road, 725-6927

• Hoopa, K'ima:w Medical Center, Hospital Road, 530-625-4261

• Redway, Healy Senior Center, 456 Briceland Road, 923-2399
