Free seminar - Diabetes on a Budget

The Area 1 Agency on Aging will offer a free seminar, Diabetes on a Budget, at the Wharfinger Building in Eureka, June 19 at 1:30 p.m.

Nancy Kinziger, RD, will present nutritional aspects of healthy dining on a budget. There will be several recipes for you to taste.

Margaret Stevens, RN, CDE, will discuss tips to reduce costs of caring for yourself when saving money is essential and provide information on fall prevention.

There will also be gift certificates for the first 26 people who make a reservation for the seminar, as well as a gift basket raffle. To reserve your place, call 442-3763.
